Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to love what you receive! If there’s ever an issue, we’ve got your back. 💜

What Can Be Returned

You can request a return or replacement if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or misprinted

• You contact us within 7 days of delivery

What We’ll Need

• A short unboxing video (starting from opening the package)

• Clear photos showing the issue

Return Process

1. Submit your request through our Return Portal ✨

2. Or Email/WhatsApp us with your Order ID and issue

3. We’ll arrange a free reverse pickup

4. Once we receive the item, you can choose a replacement or refund

Important Notes

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Replacements are sent after we receive the returned item

• Returns without video/photo proof may not be eligible for a refund or replacement
